QNB is offering its ‘Shoppers Card’ to all Qatar Foundation staff and students in Education City who bank with its QF branch.
A QNB release yesterday said the new card gave a range of discounts and access to special offers at commercial outlets in Qatar including cinemas, shops, hotels and hospitals.
The card will give QF customers discounts of up to 30% for cinema tickets at the Mall and Landmark shopping centres, 25% at the Fashion & Beauty Centre and Modern Home, and 20% at Al-Emadi Hospital for certain services.
“The QNB Shoppers Card is an easy way for our valued QF customers to get more for their money. We wanted to express our commitment to them and demonstrate our appreciation for their loyalty. We believe this initiative will help our customers and they will be able to choose discounts and privileges that best meet their personal needs,” said Douglas Beckett, QNB general manager (retail banking).
QF vice chairperson Dr Saif al-Hajri said: “We welcome the introduction of this card by QNB. This will further strengthen our strong relationship with QNB besides giving more benefits to our staff.”
QNB said the cards will be offered to Qatar Foundation employees on request and they can collect them from the QF branch. The card is valid for a year from the date of issue.
QNB is the only bank to operate a branch at Education City.
