I'm not sure about the states but in the UK most of the universities will grant you a direct PhD entry bypassing the master's as long as you achieve a A or sometimes B+ in your bachelor. It gets a bit complicated if you obtained your degree from a university outside UK and it really depends on the institution in which you are applying for, but almost definitely there will be no problem if you got an A

The only thing is to make sure that HEI authorizes your direct PhD entry if you are self funded because sometimes, they may have issues verifying your PhD later without a master's. If you are sponsored by them, then it is fine, you would have this authorization any way. As for me I got my exception from the minister of Education

I remembered i tried to find a university in the US that can bypass the master's but i couldn't find any, i may not have done a good search though because i had my offers from UK universities already and I wasn't so serious about studying in the US since I am a UK graduate any way

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته

بخصوص الترجمه لا اتشيلين هم ولكن الأهم هو إذا ما قدرتي اترجمين قطعه صغير مثل هاذي اشلون بتدرسين دكتوراه في امريكا؟ المقصود انها بتكون عمليه شاقه جداً لأعتمادها على اللغه بشكل أساسي.

ما راح اترجم ترجمه حرفيه ولكن اطلعت على الجامعه ونبشت اشوي يمين ويسار واللي فهمته ولقيته هو التالي:

1. تفضل الجامعه من المتقدمين لبرنامج الدكتوراه ان تكون الطالبه متخرجه من جامعتهم ولكن ليش شرطاً.
2. المتطلبات كثيره مثلا التوفل والgre و ثلاث كتب توصيه من دكاتره او عميد الكليه أو من الجامعه إلخ.
3.التسجيل يبتدي بدايه كل سنه وهذي السنه راحت عليج للأسف ولازم تنتظرين لين بدايه شهر واحد السنه الجايه.
4.يتم تقديم الطلبات عن طريق اللنك الموجود وتكتبين سبب الألتحاق واهدافج ووو.
5.صوره طبق الاصل من شهاده البكلوريس.
6. إذا كان عندج ماجستير اعتقد انج تقدرين اتقدمينها لهم وراح يخفضون لج من عدد السنين أو المواد اللي ممكن تآخذينها.

الوالد مخلص ماجستير ودكتوراه من امريكا وهي طبعاً اصعب بوايد من بريطانيا بسبب وجود مواد وكورسات تحظرينها كطالبه حتى وانتي امخلصه ماجستير ومدتها سنه تقريباً.

هذا بأختصار وإذا اخطأت في شي ياريت حد يصلحلي لمصلحه الأخت

أما ترجمه كلام أخوي سيف الكواري فيكون لي الشرف

يقول انه مش متأكد بخصوص جامعات امريكا ولكن في بريطانيا يمكن ان تلتحقي ببرنامج الدكتوراه إذا حصلتي على معدل عام امتياز او جيد جداً مرتفع في برنامج البكلوريس.ويقول ان هذي العمليه اتكون صعبه اشوي إذا حصلتي على شهادتج من جامعه خارج بريطانيا ويعتمد على اللي باعثينج ايضاً ولكن إذا كنتي حاصله على امتياز فتكون الأمور اسهل.

ويقول إذا كنتي تدرسين على احسابج فلازم تآخذين الموافقه أولاً من المجلس الأعلى للتعليم أو وزاره التربيه والتعليم صراحه ما ادري ايش يعني hei بس أكيد وحده من اللي قلتهم :) سامحني ياخوي ياسيف .

أما أذا كنتي مبتعثه من قبل احد الشركات أو المؤسسات إلخ فيكون عندهم خبر أصلاً وما راح يكون عندهم مانع ولكن الأحتياط واجب.لانهم في كثير من الأحيان مايعتمدون شهاده الدكتوراه إلا بدون الماجستير.طبعاً سيف أخذ موافقته من وزاره التربيه والتعليم.

حاول انه يدور جامعه في امريكا من قبل ولكنه ما لقى.ولكن يمكن انه ما دور عدل بسبب قبوله من جامعته في بريطانياً.

اول شي ان طافج موعد التسجيل لسنة 2008 وتقدرين تقدمين لسنة 2009 واخر موعد للتقديم 2\1

ومافي قبول مشروط .. يعني ما يصير مثلاً يقبلونج وتدرسين لغة في نفس الوقت

ولازم اذا تقدمين كل الامتحانات اللازمة مع الابليكشن

وفي حالة تم قبولج في برنامج الدكتوارة واذا عندج ماستر سابق تقديرن تقدمين امتحان باذن من عميد الكلية عشان يحسبونلج بعض من اللي درستيه في الماستر في الدكتوراة ..

اختي سووري مثل ما تفضل اخوي اشلون ماتقدرين تترجمين ايميل مثل هذا وناوية تدخلين مباشرة في الدكتوراة على طول بدون ماستر ترى وااايد واايد بيكون صعب عليج لو انقبلتي واذا ما حسنتي لغتج ..

نصيحة اختي .. لو تحاولين تقوين لغتج الانجليزية وتقدمين التوفل اكثر من مرة تجيبين فيه فوق ال 600 (وهذا هو المطلوب في اغلب الجامعات للماجستير) يكون افضل

وما يمكن أن ألتحق بأي جامعة قبل ما ااخذ كورس انجلش سنة ويمدد أحيان لسنة و8 شهور

طيب سؤالي مادام ما عندهم قبول مشروط

لو قدمت على أساس التحق عام 2009 ؟

وب2008 آخذ لغة بيقولون لا ؟

أختي التميميه...

أولا ما راح يقبلونج لين ما اتجيبين التوفل والشروط الباقيه..

يعني ماله خص اللغه في القبول .. ممكن اتروحين وتآخذين لغه في أي مكان وحتى نفس الجامعه وبعد ما اتخلصين اتقدمين في الجامعه على الدكتورا !

في بعض الأحيان إذا ما جبتي درجه التوفل المطلوبه( وانا اتكلم عن امريكا بس ما ادري عن ابريطانيا )يعني جبتي 580 من 600 ، اتقوم الجامعه وتقبلج بس تعطيج كورسات انجليزي أيضافيه.
